GAITHERSBURG, MD (September 12, 2006) — Gold Lasso, LLC, provider of on-demand e-mail marketing technology and services, announced the launch of eLoop™ version 4.0 today.

“eLoop™ 4.0 sets a precedent in the industry by giving clients access to tools that other providers charge extra for,” said Elie Ashery, President & CEO of Gold Lasso.  “Our focus is to make the marketer’s day-to-day job more efficient and their campaigns more effective.”

Gold Lasso’s team of developers challenged the industry’s conventional development methodology by relying on available, open source technology as the core of its product infrastructure.  Gold Lasso’s development costs stayed low allowing it to offer advanced features for a fraction of the industry’s average cost.

Their sliding scale price structure starts at $0.02 per e-mail transmission and rapidly drops to just $0.0017 per transmission based on the monthly volume of messages sent.  In addition, Gold Lasso does not charge any additional fees, including set-up fees.

“The traditional e-mail service provider model of ‘nickel and diming’ clients for feature access was something we definitely wanted to avoid,” said Michael Weisel, Chief Technology Officer, Gold Lasso. “The features built into eLoop™ 4.0 are beneficial regardless of the size of the company using it and they should be available to all companies.”

The first of the premium features is dynamic content to personalize messages to the unique recipient based on any combination of variables such as geography, age or gender.  eLoop™ users can also develop surveys and landing pages to collect recipient data. Using this data, and dynamic content, to build individual messages drives response rates by engaging the reader. Finally, each eLoop™ account is assigned a unique IP address to help establish a positive sending reputation and to enhance deliverability.

“When we designed the new version, our goal was to bring together all the tools a marketer needs to launch and manage a campaign in one solution,” Ashery said.  “The guiding principal is functionality.”

eLoop™ version 4.0 has five modules that the user manages via Web access:

· Data Management
· Data Collection
· Out-Bound Messaging
· Reporting

According to Allison Chandler, Marketing Associate for the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), advanced reporting features distinguishes the new version in the market.

“I have always had access to the raw data I needed to build reports on the success of our e-marketing efforts, but creating more sophisticated reports was time consuming,” Chandler says.  “Now, for example, I will be able to review the health of my overall campaign over different time periods and make informed decisions for our next steps.”

“One of the benefits of using e-mail is that it is a flexible medium,” Ashery says. “Messages and campaigns can be manipulated to each audience’s specifications. An e-mail service provider needs to be just as flexible to service the client so, we require no set-up fees, no monthly minimum on the number of messages sent or contracts that lock you into a service.”
