eloop5 Updates - Import to Communication Categories and Duplicate Preference Pages & Message Footers
For those of you that use Communication Categories here is an AWESOME new feature that I think will have you doing cartwheels. You now have the ability to import directly into Communication Categories – even if the subscribers already exist in your database. You can simply use a "1" to add a subscriber to a communication category or leave it blank to remove them from a communication category. This will come in handy if you are using a new communication category or if you accidentally add subscribers to the wrong communication category. If you want to use the Automap feature, please be sure that your header matches the name of the Communication Category you have in eLoop for it to work properly.
Drum roll please…Our completely customizable Preference Pages and Message Footers are here! And yes, you can have multiple pages for various scenarios! Changing frustrated customers who might otherwise completely opt out, into satisfied customers who appreciate the newly given options. Resulting in increased customer retention, list growth, gathering valuable data segmentation, all while pleasing customers with a more personalized experience.

This document addresses an issue that we have seen with HTML code that has been generated through Adobe DreamWeaver CS4 and CS5. Please see the below example of code, paying special attention to the portions highlighted in red.
Just wanted to give a quick shout-out to everyone who attended our training today, it was a great session! For those of you who missed it, we hope to have you on the next one. The session was recorded and has been posted under Videos in GL Jive (if you can't access GL Jive, please let us know so we can get you a login). We will be sending out information on the upcoming trainings so you can get on board and learn all the tips and tricks you need before we begin to phase out eLoop 4. Our goal is to complete the transition of all clients to eLoop 5 by the end of the year.
